For Every Action Taken in Account
If you could dissect my body, my brain, my heart, my soul
Maybe you could understand my life, my thoughts, my feelings, my hopes
For every action can be taken in account for themselves
The consequences are the ones who always gonna haunt us beyond this realm.
If I could make you see through these eyes, feel through this heart
Maybe you could help me get rid of all the fog and all the unnecessary shadows
For in my soul I eager for ways that could set us so afar
(While being) under the fright of the strike of the hand and the lack of required movement.
So we can never run away from what we think of ourselves
As much as our feet take us we only carry the burden of hurt
The mirror is not clean or big enough to see the whole picture
Either biased by our ego or by our fears, we distort the truth.
So you can fill your head and your heart with all kind of things
But at the end of the day others’ opinions weights on the heavy
You can shake your head all day saying that they’re all wrong
But there’s a tiny part in you that asks; “what if they aren’t?”
We eager for ways that could set us free and set us afar
While being under the fright of the strike of the hand
And the lack of real emergent required movements
We could run or we can stay, but would that make any difference?
